Media Molecule has unveiled their latest game Dreams, a sandbox title to which players can create their own unique visions and animation projects.
Announced at Sony’s 2015 E3 Press Conference, Media Molecules Alex Evans explained that Dreams is a game in which players can create their own objects, characters and set locations. With the help of the dual shock controller, players can grab objects and tinker with their size and general form. As for the aesthetics, Dreams looks as if it’s going to allow players to select different styles, meaning that not everyone’s creations will have to look like watercolor pieces or clay animations.
Whilst the gameplay still remains a mystery at this point, Dreams is said to allow for creators some implement some interactivity elements - meaning that the game won’t just be all about creating short animations.
Whilst there is no release date as of yet, Dreams is set to launch on the PlayStation 4 as a console exclusive. In the meantime, feel free to take a look at their announcement trailer down below.
