Natsume has announced that Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories will be coming to PC, as well as Wii U, Android and iOS.

This will be the first time any Harvest Moon game has made its way onto the PC. It’s set to revive old-school gameplay elements from classic Harvest Moon titles - with foraging, fishing, animal husbandry and many other farming pursuits (such as wooing fellow farmers).
Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories should be released sometime this winter. Natsume is keeping details pretty close to its chest, so expect to hear more about it at E3.
