Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment have announced the Premium Edition and season pass for Batman: Arkham Knight. This will be the conclusion of the Arkham trilogy from Rocksteady Games.
The Batman: Arkham Knight season pass will include continual new content for six months after release - including new story missions, additional super-villains invading Gotham City, legendary Batmobile skins, advanced challenge maps, alternative character skins, and new drivable race tracks. The Batman: Arkham Knight Premium Edition includes the base game and the Season Pass.
The Premium Edition is available for preorder at £87.98/$99.99 on consoles, and £67.98 on PC, with the season pass priced at £32.99/$39.99. The digital version of the base game comes in at £54.99/$59.99 on consoles, and £34.99/$59.99 on Steam, so you’ll have to dig deep to get all that DLC content.
Batman: Arkham Knight was originally scheduled for a 2014 release, but was pushed back to the 23rd of June this year.
Earlier this week it was revealed in a new trailer that Batman: Arkham Knight will feature a Grand Theft Auto V style character switching mechanic. Take a gander at the trailer below while you start saving up for the premium edition.
