EA partners with Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons studio

EA has announced its partnership with Hazelight Studios, a company founded by devs of Starbreeze Studios, the company behind Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons and the Payday games.

Speaking during a video aired on the Video Game Awards on Friday night, Josef Fares, the director of Brothers, announced that the studio’s new project was now in production, but that it was slightly too early to be revealed in full to the world; however, it was stated that the game is an entirely new idea and concept which promises to be “unlike anything we’ve ever seen.”

The quick teaser trailer which was shown at the end of the video below simply showcases two men travelling at night via train. There is no dialogue, and nothing else that really gives any indication as to what the story will be at all. All I can say is that this new IP is anything like Brothers, it’s sure to be an emotional rollercoaster of highs and lows.

When Jodie isn't writing about games, you can either find her making them, playing them, baking or wistfully wishing to be whisked away to a fantasy realm. Don't mention Dragon Age around her; trust us, you'll regret it.
