Freedom Wars has a western release date

Vita-exclusive action RPG Freedom Wars finally has a Western release date - October 29 via digital download and October 31 via retail. Rejoice! That’s far sooner than expected.

Set in the distant future when majority of mankind are imprisoned in penal city-states known as Panopticons that wage war against one another, Freedom Wars involves players cooperating to fight against enemies and contribute towards their Panopticon. The game has proven to be among the most successful first-party PlayStation Vita titles within Japan, having attained the second highest all-time opening sales for Vita software sold in that region. It was released on June 26, 2024 in Japan and on August 7, 2024 in Asia, and has been gained a lot of popularity ever since.
