Ubisoft have just released a third developer diary about their upcoming World War I puzzle game, Valiant Hearts: The Great War. In the video, the development team talks about their experience researching the Great War, and how the real-life historical facts influenced the game’s development.
Additionally, many of the team members go into their personal history with World War I, and how the fact that many of their ancestors fought in the war gave them a personal connection to the setting and time period of Valiant Hearts: The Great War.
Through their stories, we see how this is a truly historical game, with storytelling devices inexorably linked in history. You can check out the developer diary below.
