Crystal Dynamics, the developer of the cult-classic Lara Craft and the Guardians of Light, have announced that they are releasing a sequel to their isometric action-adventure game called Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris.
The title will be published by Sqaure Enix, and has not yet been given a price point or release date, with only promises of Coming Soon to a PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC near you.
Expanding on the cooperative gameplay of its predecessors, Lara Craft and the Temple of Osrisi will ofer four-player co-op. Including Lara Croft, the other three playable characters are a rival archaeologist named Carter, and Osiris’ wife and son, Horus and Isis. While players will get expanded access to loot while playing co-cooperatively, a single player mode is also available.
Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is the second Tomb Raider game to be announced today, the first being Tomb Raider 2, also known as Rise of the Tomb Raider. This is a direct sequel to the critically and commercially acclaimed Tomb Raider reboot from Square Enix. You can take a look at the trailer below.
