The third epic instalment in the Dragon Age franchise is fast approaching its release date. Over time more and more screenshots and details on the game have trickled out, including a gameplay trailer - which you can view here.

EA has now released another set of screenshots, showing off a whole range of scenes from barren deserts to demonic interiors, and even a large castle-like lobby room boasting off advanced graphical features such as reflections and ambient lighting.

Dragon Age: Inquisition takes place in a vast, open-world RPG. It’s development by veteran studio BioWare, and due to be published by Electronic Arts on PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC with a release date of October 7, 2014.
