Tuesday May 20th will see the release of the eagerly anticipated Transistor, Supergiant Games’ spiritual successor to the critically and commercially acclaimed Bastion, that was published by Warner Bros. This time, Supergiant Games is going it without a publisher, using its Bastion money to fund the development of Transistor, a game that once again features gorgeous art and a narrator that is present throughout the campaign.
Transistor will be released for the PC and PlayStation 4 on May 20, and notably will not be present on any Microsoft-created consoles. Check out the launch trailer below, which explains the premise of the game and shows off some of the gameplay and visuals.
