Today Jagex, markers of the MMO RuneScape, and Hasbro Inc, toy and game developers, announced the Transformers Universe Founders program for their upcoming Transformers Massively Online Tactical Action Game (MOTA), a free-to-play browser-based MMO. The Founders program is a multi-tiered early adopters rewards program, giving Transformers fans a chance to be “immortalized in the Founders Honor Roll,” bonus in game rewards and currency (“relics”), prospect of securing a “strictly special edition Transformers Universe figurine,” as well as other valued extras.
Jagex is offering four available tiers, or packs, to early adopters - bronze, silver, gold and cybernit – each Founders tier offers “immortalization in the Founders Honor Roll.” The extra rewards will depend on which pack is purchased by early Founders but they will range from bundles of equipment, “warrior” upgrades, in-game tools, and exclusive warriors and body kits. Founders will also receive in-game currency, a season pass, access to timed-exclusive warriors at launch and various other bonuses.
Those who purchase the top tier Founders pack will receive a 25c tall Transformers Universe figurine that has been specially commissioned by Hasbro for Transformers Universe. This final tier will have a limited supply and run.
Each of the Founder’s tiers are competitively priced with full details, including pricing, can be found at the game’s official website, and are available for immediate purchase, guaranteeing a place on the “Founders Honor Roll.”
