Famous drill instructor/actor R. Lee Emry has already lent his voice to a multiplayer voice pack in Call of Duty: Ghosts, but he’s not the only major player giving commands in various multiplayer modes.

Of all people, notable hip hop emcee Snoop Dog is giving his voice to the Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer mode in the Snoop Dog Voice Pack, which will launch exclusively on Xbox Live on April 22nd, and will be released for PlayStation consoles and PC at a later unspecified date.

“My voice can be connected with a game that is so hip and so hood… it’s associated with greatness,” said Snoop Dog regarding his association with the Call of Duty franchise.

This isn’t the first time that Snoop Dog has popped up on the Internet in a very viral way. Celebrating last year’s Christmas, Snoop Dog appeared as Moses in the YouTube series Epic Rap Battles of History.

Additionally, you can check out Snoop recording lines for the Snoop Dog Voice Pack, which range from the ridiculousness of “Squad member active, that’s what’s up” to “Wrack up points by reaching the enemy point, you dig?”

Daniel doesn't just play and write about games, but he also writes his own comics. He can usually be found arguing with Dale about who the best member of the X-Men is (it's Jamie Madrox, obviously)
