Broken Sword 5: The Serpent’s Curse - Episode 2 releases today and to celebrate, developer Revolution Software has released a launch trailer.
Episode 2 sees the conclusion of George and Nico’s latest adventure and sees them travelling to Spain and Iraq as they work to solve the mystery established in the original episode. We rather liked the first part, as you can see from our review. We scored it 8/10, saying that “Broken Sword: The Serpents Curse – Episode 1 is a lovely game. A couple of very slight niggles with the mix of art-styles not always blending as seamlessly as they should, a few spelling errors and a slim running time stand out, but never threaten to take the shine off of what is otherwise a lovely package. It’s a great start to what we hope is a bright future for Broken Sword – we just hope that the second half is a little more generous in both length and content.”
We’ll find out later today if our hopes are fulfilled, and hope to have our review of the game ready by this weekend.
