The Hong Kong Massacre Shows Off Blood, Guts and Redemption

hong-kong-massacre-1

Best described as Hotline Miami meets a John Woo action blockbuster, The Hong Kong Massacre shows off the best that both have to offer and packages it into one bloody and gory delivery system.

As seen above, the top-down shooter offers heavily stylized visuals, dual-wield gunplay, and a large diversity of settings and art direction to keep things varied. Your player character can also move in a 180 degree art while firing away, making for some solid gunplay mechanics worthy of a John Woo heroic bloodshed film starring Chow Yun-Fat.

You can check out some early footage from The Hong Kong Massacure below, and be sure to read the TIGForums developer blog for more information on the upcoming title

Daniel doesn't just play and write about games, but he also writes his own comics. He can usually be found arguing with Dale about who the best member of the X-Men is (it's Jamie Madrox, obviously)
