Robot Entertainment, the developer behind the popular tower defense/action game hybrid Orcs Must Die! is releasing a new competitive free-to-play game to the series: Orcs Must Die! Unchained.
The game supports 5 vs. 5 competitive gameplay, mixing the established Orcs Must Die! formula with the increasingly popular Moba play style. Team up with 4 of your friends and attack the enemy stronghold while defending your own with traps and summoned soldiers.
Orcs Must Die! Unchained will be available as a free download later this year, but you can play it today by purchasing a founders pack. Founders will have access to the alpha and beta phases of the game, and the ability to give the developers direct input on how the game should be shaped. There are three levels of founders packs, starting at 15 € and going up to the Master Pack at 110 €. Players who buy the Master Pack can start playing right now, and lower tiers will be given access later.
