Make no mistake. Nintendo means serious business. A quick peruse of the available titles shows that Nintendo is keen to have something for everybody going into the holiday season.
The Wii U offers something to those who already own versions of the above titles. Games like Arkham City: Armored Edition and D, aren’t just straight out ports for a quick buck. The developers behind them, Rocksteady and Vigil, have seemingly put some serious thought into how they can make their games feel fresh and new, while making full use of the new Nintendo tech, namely the tablet-like controller. Arkham City for example, uses the controller as a not only a map, but as a scanner to sweep areas for clues and hidden tidbits of information.
