Slightly Mad Studios has released a handful of new screenshots and a trailer for their upcoming Free-to-Play MMO arcade racing game, World of Speed. The shots show off the San Francisco tracks, while the trailer focuses around some of the cars featured in the game.

Alongside World of Speed, Slightly Mad is also working on Project CARS, an ambitious racing sim being made with input from the developer’s fan community. Both games are shaping up to be very interesting prospects indeed, while the developer’s previous work on EA’s Need for Speed: Shift and Shift 2: Unleashed has demonstrated that they know a thing or two about crafting excellent racing games.

The game currently has an unspecified 2014 release date for PC. In the meantime, check out the new shots and trailer below.
