Today Capcom unleashed a Sonic Boom of new screens from the upcoming Ultra Street Fighter IV - the latest update to the Street Fighter IV series. The screens feature the new character additions to USFIV in action, including returning SF universe characters Rolento, Elena, Hugo and Poison. Also featured is a new character to the series, a masked Cammy-lookalike called Decapre. But don’t be fooled by her appearance as Decapre is actually a charge character.
Players will be able to upgrade existing versions of Super Street Fighter IV to Ultra Street Fighter IV via a DLC update, or alternatively purchase Ultra Street Fighter IV as a standalone package. The DLC update for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 will be available in June ($14.99/€14.99) with the standalone retail versions following in August ($39.99/€39.99). The PS3 will enjoy console exclusivity over the standalone digital release ($39.99/€39.99). PC gamers on the other hand will have to wait until August for both the DLC update ($14.99/€14.99) or the standalone version ($29.99/€29.99).
The retail and full digital bundles will include all previous DLC costumes.
