After its surprise reveal earlier this week, Mortal Kombat X, the hit-follow up to the Mortal Kombat reboot in 2010, has received plenty of attention, and is now poised to recieve even more with this latest announcement to come at E3.
While Sub-Zero and Scorpion are clearly in the game, series creator Ed Boon took to twitter to answer fan questions, and revealed that two more characters (and possibly more) would be announced during E3.
RT @Y21__ @noobde are we going to see new fighters in the MK X? EB: YES! Two of my new favoriates will be at E3 !!

Who these fighters will be, it’s impossible to say, but we wouldn’t be surprised if Boon sticks with other fan favorites such as Johnny Cage, Cyrax or Liu Kang.
Mortal Kombat X is currently expected to release in 2015 for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
