Telltale Games confirmed Season 3 of The Walking Dead.
Telltale Games President Kevin Bruner and The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman confirmed it during the Skybound Entertainment panel.
There’s no further information on what to expect in Season 3, character or plot-wise.
Telltale Games is reputable for its strong ludonarration. In 2012, Spike Video Game Awards awarded Game of the Year to The Walking Dead: Season One. It beat out Assassin’s Creed III, Dishonored, Journey, and Mass Effect 3.
Recently, Telltale Games released The Wolf Among Us, a noir whodunnit juxtaposed with grimdark fairy tales.
Since Telltale Games is also developing Tales from the Borderlands and Telltales’ Game of Thrones, we likely won’t see screens until 2015.
