Today Sony announced the release date and pricing for the PS Vita versions of The Walking Dead: Season 2. The second season of Telltale Games’ episodic zombie-apocalypse adventure game went on sale last year in December for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, but PS Vita owners will be able to catch up on the latest season as of April 22 (North America) or April 23 (Europe).
Both episode 1 and 2 of The Walking Dead: Season 2 will be made available on the same day. Each episode is priced at $4.99/€4.99/£3.99 for each region respectively. However there will be a 20% discount for those who opt to purchase the season pass upfront, instead of buying each episode individually.
We’ve enjoyed the new season so far. Our guy Richard Moran wrote of the first Episode: “This is a great return for the franchise, giving you so much of what was good about the first game without feeling like they’re covering the same ground,” and scored it 9/10.
The Walking Dead: Season 2 still hasn’t reached its conclusion yet. The next episode, ‘In Harm’s Way‘, currently has no firm release date for any platform.
