On March 15th, Square-Enix and Gallery Nucleus will be holding an event for the American launch of the Final Fantasy X and X2 HD collection. The event will take place in Alhambra, California (just outside of Los Angeles) at Gallery Nucleus.

The opening reception on March 15th will be open to the public at no cost from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and will feature special guests, signings, raffle prizes and more. The first 300 attendees will receive a special promotional art print, and the first 200 people to buy the game at the event will have the opportunity to have it signed by Producer Yoshinori Kitase and Art Director Yusuke Naora.

The gallery will run from March 15th to March 26th, during which time an auction featuring original artwork from the game will be held online and at the gallery. All sales will benefit victims of Hurricane Haiyan.

David is always on the lookout for the next game to devour. His favorite flavors are Zelda, Mario, and anything experimental that pushes the boundaries. Whether it’s the newest release or a retro gem that somehow slipped by, his hunger for new experiences is insatiable. He also has an unhealthy obsession with good tea and craft beer, but that is somewhat beside the point.
