Indie horror developer Incandescent Imaging released a new updated graphics trailer for their upcoming space horror title, Caffeine,as it moves to the Unreal 4 Engine.
The player awakens alone in an isolated space station with little backstory to the location. The rest of the crew has vanished without a trace, leaving behind documents and audio logs.
Caffeine has taken to Kickstarter and has gained a rather rapid following from the press as well as fans, showing a lot of promise. Lead developer Dylan Browne has also announced that he would like to bring Caffeine to the PlayStation 4 should the project hit its funding marks. Browne admits that the PlayStation 4 version most likely will not be released at the same time as the PC version, but he is committed to bringing his vision to the console.
Here is a look at the brand new trailer and screenshots that shows off Caffeine’s “dirty future tech” aesthetic and its sense of isolation after as the character awakens alone on the space station. More information on the project development and plans, as well as two alpha demos are featured on Dylan Browne’s Kickstarter page.
