The specifications were followed up with a list of perfunctory disclaimers to the following effect:

  • Hori are currently in the process of securing a third-party peripheral license from Sony. As such specifics of the specifications and design are still subject to change between now and release.
  • The HORI Real Arcade Pro.V4 Hayabusa will not work on the original PlayStation or PlayStation 2.
  • Hori does not guarantee compatibility with PlayStation 2 software running on the PlayStation 3.
  • Furthermore, firmware updates to the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 may render the HORI Real Arcade Pro.V4 Hayabusa unusable with the respective systems.
  • The HORI Real Arcade Pro.V4 Hayabusa does not have Six-Axis motion sensor support or vibration feedback.
  • The HORI Real Arcade Pro.V4 Hayabusa does not have lightbar, touchpad or touchpad button functionality.
