Famed Call of Duty developer has just announced that they’ve hired two prominent game designers from Naughty Dog. Former Narrative Design Lead Taylor Kurosaki and Lead Game Designer Jacob Minkoff have both been reported to leave Naughty Dog for Infinity Ward, both with a substantial promotion. Taylor Kurosaki and Jacob Minkoff with now be Narrative Director and Design Director respectively, as both Kurosaki and Minkoff revealed today on Twitter.

Kurosaki and Minkoff will work together in similar roles to those they covered at Naughty Dog, with a substantial promotion. They’ll be respectively Narrative Director and Design director, as both Kurosaki and Minkoff revealed today on Twitter.
Minkoff first started work at Infinity Ward in 2009 in the role of Game Designer and then took the f Lead Game Designer position in 2011. Kurosaki is a Naughty Dog veteran contributed and has consistently worked on Naughty Dog titles since Crash Bandicoot in 1995.
It is not currently known if Minkoff and Kurosaki will work on Infinity Ward’s next Call of Duty game, which has yet to be announced, or if Activison has differing plans for the former Naughty Dog developers.
