Modder makes portable OUYA

Are you the proud (or disappointed) owner of an OUYA?

The dinky crowd-funded console may have had some troubles over the course of the last year, but they’re not letting that stop them, with an upgraded version coming later this year and a small, but passionate, community of players and developers.

Well, it seems that one dedicated hardware modder loves his OUYA so much, that he couldn’t bear to be without it wherever he went. So, naturally, he turned it into a handheld console - with the aid of some friends and a 3D printer.

The portable unit comes with an internal battery, a 7″ 720p display, and 25mm laptop speakers, while the case was made using a 3D Printer.

You can see a walkthrough of the creation process in the video below.
