According to Nintendo employee Damon Baker, Gone Home is coming to the Wii U.
Baker accidentally revealed the news during the Unite 2014 conference when talking about publishing on the Nintendo Wii U eShop. You can watch the video where he mentions it here.
The Fullbright Company, developers behind Gone Home, announced earlier this year that the PC title would be coming to consoles sometime in 2014. They also revealed that Midnight City, an indie publisher owned by Majesco Entertainment, would be partnering with the studio, though no platform or specific release date was announced at the time.
Gone Home was released in 2013 on PC and Mac. It was praised for its excellent story, but was criticized for being too short with minimal gameplay. We agreed, you can read more in our review of the game here.
