A legendary game series sees yet another instalment to its already formidable arsenal of games. Fable Legends is a new take on the Fable franchise with a strong focus on Multiplayer (which will be available for beta testing soon, see their website for details).
There will be 4 playable characters between you and your friends, each with a particular set of skills from controlling ice to being a source of pure firepower. The 4 characters have to coordinate their gameplay and make strategically important decisions to just plough through the hordes of enemies in the already familiar setting of Albion.
However, the huge new feature is the ability to control the villain of each level where you can challenge the heroes live by spawning enemies, putting up magical towers and far more. This is true to Fable’s original ethic of allowing the player to be either good or evil.
This shows that Lionhead are far from finished with the mighty Fable series with far more to be revealed soon about the gameplay and story of Fable Legends.
