If you’ve been wondering what Jason West and Vince Zampella have been up to since leaving Activision and Infinity Ward, you’re not alone.
Thankfully, you’re in luck. At its E3 presentation today, Microsoft and Electronic Arts finally unveiled what the Call of Duty veterans have been up to all this time.
Titanfall is a new multiplayer-focused first-person-shooter. Set in the far future, players can zoom about the environments with the use of jetpacks and navigate their surroundings by engaging in a bit of free-running, before climbing into giant mechs to obliterate their opponents.
A gameplay trailer was shown accompanying the announcement, which you can watch above.
If Titanfall doesn’t go on to be one of the most-anticipated games of the next year, we’ll eat our proverbial hats.
No release date has yet been set, but we expect it to reach player’s hands sometime next year.
