Crytek, the developer responsible for games such as Ryse and Crysis, is now finding employees are no longer appearing for work, according to UK website Kotaku.
Sources close to Crytek have divulged that since the difficulties that have been hitting the company in recent months - which has left many workers only half-paid and has caused many others to begin leaving - many employees have stopped arriving at work in protest.
Other sources have estimated that up to a hundred workers have for the moment left the studio. This follows many handing in formal grievance letters to Crytek.
The sources who were spoken to by Kotaku have said that Crytek UK’s latest project: Homefront: The Revolution, is now effectively in limbo less than a month after its formal announcement. Currently, Crytek UK staff are hopeful that the project will now be purchased by Deep Silver, however, neither Crytek or Deep Silver were able to comment on the article.
