Club Nintendo Rewards Members With eShop Downloads

In previous years, Club Nintendo has been a welcome addition to any Nintendo gamer’s life. While Club Nintendo Japan has always had more tempting prizes, Americans have been content with Mario hats, statues, posters, and more.

While previous years have always had some sort of physical reward, reaching Gold status (300 coins) or Platinum (600) now nets gamers a free eShop download across the Wii U and 3DS. Exclusive to Platinum gamers are some major retail releases, amongst some eShop originals (and EarthBound, which is just a classic worthy of Platinum).
