Call of Duty collector’s editions have shipped with some pretty outlandish stuff over the years. From remote-control quadcopters to night vision goggles, Activision has repeatedly set the bar for physical extras for eye-watering prices, and this year’s Call of Duty: Black Ops III looks to be no exception.
So what does Call of Duty: Black Ops III‘s special edition come with? Nothing less than a working mini fridge.
The “Joggernog” Edition includes a “fully functional mini fridge featuring light and audio from the game”, according to an image leaked yesterday. The fridge can hold a dozen 12oz cans, and is modelled after the fictional “Jugger-Nog” soda drink used to gain extra health in Black Ops‘ Zombie mode.
In addition to the fridge, the collector’s edition of the game includes the following extras:
- “Perk-a-Cola” drink coasters
- Steelbook game case
- Physical concept art cards
- Bonus Zombies map, “The Giant”
- 3 in-game “Personalization Packs,” with weapon camos, reticles, and calling cards
- Official soundtrack
- Season Pass to all of the upcoming map packs
Black Ops 3 launches Novermber 6 for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The collector’s edition will set you back a cool $199.99.
