Steamworld Heist screenshots shoot in

Image & Form shows first screenshots of Steamworld Heist

Swedish Indie developer Image & Form has shown off more screenshots from their upcoming game, Steamworld Heist.

Set 200 years after the phenomenal Steamworld Dig (you can read our 10/10 review here), Steamworld Heist is a rather different beast from its predecessor. Image & Form calls it “a skill-based, turn-based strategy action game.”

I originally wrote about Steamworld Heist back in 2013 after an interview with Image & Form’s CEO, Brjann Sigurgeirsson. Back then, the game didn’t publically have a name yet. In fact, it hadn’t even been officially announced.

There is a little bit of bad news, however: Steamworld Heist‘s release date has been pushed back from Sping 2015 to a vague “2015”, due to what Image & Form has said is more work needed to complete the game. Still, that’s just more time to ensure that the team delivers the best game they possibly can – so it’s not all bad, eh?

Check out the latest screenshots for yourself below.
